Also, as there is no store equivalent, and because I also ignored them for other expansions, I intentionally did not put a price on the scarecrows.
Shadowfell Conspiracy Comparison
Here are the numbers I made for the collector’s edition of Shadowfell Conspiracy. They have been modified to reflect the same rules above. There is however, one important difference: these values do not include the content as Ravenloft does.

Conclusions
At first glance Shadowfell is clearly a better value. There are some things to keep in mind though. For starters, you get the cosmetic armors and hats on EVERY character which means you get more copies of them than just the 1 received in Shadowfell and this is not really reflected. Of course these are BTC, which is why I only included 1 in the pricing, but it does mean you could outfit all of your characters with these cosmetics. Additionally, ALL of Ravenloft will be available at a later date so it is probably reasonable that we are getting less value for dollars in that regard
On the other hand, Shadowfell numbers don’t include the content.
So while there are some nice and unique things in Ravenloft that you wont be able to get anywhere else, they are mostly cosmetic (and the scarecrows) and it does not appear to be a very good deal compared to shadowfell.
